Inflatable Backpack Kayak

What is the best inflatable kayak or easy to set up folding kayak to buy for an extended backpacking trip?

Im planning a round the world trip and would really like to bring a quality inflatable kayak with me. I live in South Florida and would also be using the kayak alot here. Ive looked at the Advanced Elements AdvancedFrame Expedition http://www.advancedelements.com/advancedframe.html#expedition
and also the PakBoats Puffin Kayak 12 http://pakboats.com/kayak-models.htm

My main concerns are performance balanced with weight and portability. Less important would be how easily it sets up .. and cost.

I appreciate any information especially personal opinions from use.

thanks

Feathercraft folding kayaks has been the industry standard for a long time, and supplier to many expeditions. check out their track record.

Where do you want to travel? How long will you travel for? You should consider that Advanced Elements is not exactly portable…quite bulky for a journey around the world. In comparison, the Innova kayaks are lightweight and fit into a slim pack that can fit into the overhead bin of your airplane seat. I think that the Safari weighs ~25lbs and you can paddle it in a lot of types of water (rivers, surf, flatwater)
